Architect from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, with a master’s degree in Administration and Social Entrepreneurship from the ORT Mexico University; Diplomas in Urban Development and Housing from the IDB and in Finance from the MIDE.
He currently collaborates in the SAYA + Architects workshop and has been managing the BAEDI civil society for 12 years.
His main interest is the design, development and management of projects focused on inclusive social development through community building.
Lover of Mexico City and some other cities, such as San Cristobal de las Casas and Oaxaca, he likes to walk through its streets and visit its cafes. For the city, he is developing a model to promote the rental housing projects that help reduce the city’s deficit of adequate housing, while strengthening community life in the neighborhoods.
His taste for the city is shared with the beach, especially Zipolite, Oaxaca, where he develops micro-hotel projects focused on establishing a line for the development of the businesses of local micro-entrepreneurs through action research and the promotion of low-impact tourism.
