Sociologist with a specialization in work, master’s degree in Educational Sciences, studies in Education, Higher Education and Latin American studies. She is certified as a competency standards evaluator, course delivery, evaluation and general consulting. She has designed various standards and accreditations for educational institutions and businesses. She collaborates as an international speaker and workshop leader in various organizations.
Since 1986 he has worked as a teacher in various areas, as well as in processes of design of new areas in universities and civil society organizations, with his representative Art firm through which he has collaborated with the Cultural Corridor of Colonia Roma, the Asociación Movimiento Pro-dignificación de la Colonia Roma, Museo Arte Moderno Ateneo de Yucatán (MACAY), Cultural Centers and private galleries. She has developed the initial projects of Voce in Tempore A. C. dedicated to choral music where she continues to collaborate as a consultant and producer for various radio and magazine broadcast media and for the College of Choral Directors. In addition, she participated with IBBY, the international board for children’s and youth reading in their strategic planning project.
She is the founder and associate director of Baedi, S. C. that since 2001, collaborates in the self-management of organizations for their improvement and permanent learning through the analysis of knowledge management processes. Baedi is a collaborative training space with topics of interest such as teacher training, curriculum design and academic management, especially permanent reflection on education.
She has collaborated with government agencies such as the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Health, CONAFE and IFE, the Ministry of Public Education in the states of Baja California and Puebla, Banj Ejército, Colegio Militar, Politecnico Nacional. In addition to private institutions such as Colegio Sagrado Corazón, La Salle de San Cristóbal, Vizcaya de las Américas University, among others.
She belongs to the Ibero-American Commission for Educational Quality (CICE) as part of its academic council, designer of educational programs, participates in its Congresses, works on issues of educational quality, prospective education, training for work and quality programs for plans and study programs and educational institutions, the possible future of education …
She participates with organizations such as Egiptanos Arte y Consultoría, A. C. as part of her council and in support of educational programs, and in the organization of conferences and activities of the association. With 7 Mares Consultores, she develops academic and teacher training activities with topics such as school delay, socio-emotional skills and she is an international speaker and workshop leader for the firm.
