NUESTRO PROYECTO / OUR PROJECT
Punto Huichichiqui
Huichichiqui opera fuera de la estructura del sistema de la enseñanza tradicional y promueve el desarrollo de capacidades emocionales, estéticas, intelectuales, físicas y técnicas con la intención de construir herramientas personales y profesionales que generen personas mejor equipadas para la vida actual. Nuestro proyecto fomenta la educación liberadora, es decir, aquella que promueve el entender y atender la realidad como totalidad.
Potenciamos la recuperación y transición a una nueva realidad postpandemia desde el ámbito del arte y la educación, a través del aprendizaje de nuevas competencias, teniendo como eje transversal el cuidado del medio ambiente y la sustentabilidad.
Los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible resuenan poderosamente en todas nuestras prácticas, los integramos a la vida diaria y hacia la proyección de nuestro futuro posible de manera natural.
El arte en Huichichiqui es entendido como un proceso estrechamente relacionado con la naturaleza humana. Las actividades estéticas no solo transmiten emociones, producen mensajes capaces de provocar la reflexión sobre nuestra existencia, los problemas sociales o la vida en general. Esto hace del arte una poderosa herramienta capaz de cambiar o educar a una sociedad.
Entendemos a la educación un proceso de ida y vuelta donde aprende quien participa tanto maestros como alumnos. No es un proceso unilateral donde sólo el profesor es quien detenta la verdad. “Esta se encuentra en el devenir del diálogo porque “la verdadera realidad es el devenir”, no el ser ni el no ser, sino una tensión entre ambos[1]”. Cuando este intercambio se logra, la comunidad avanza.
A través de la estimulación de distintos canales de diálogo —participación, creación, producción y circulación colectiva— este proyecto persigue objetivos específicos que complementan su objetivo central que consiste en facilitar la recuperación post-pandemia, tanto individual como comunitaria, a través la creación de un centro generador de modelos culturales autogestivos, creativos y transformadores, donde el arte y la educación impulsen la reconstrucción del bienestar de los ciudadanos, teniendo como eje transversal el contacto con la naturaleza que fomente la cultura y el cuidado del medio ambiente, el Centro Huichichiqui se propone los siguientes objetivos específicos:

- Poner en marcha actividades creativas donde las herramientas del arte se vinculen, organizando equipos de trabajo con estrategias diversas que impulsen el desarrollo humano y la conciencia ecológica, y promuevan la inclusión en todas sus variaciones.
- Facilitar la recuperación post-pandemia, tanto individual como comunitaria, a través del desarrollo de capacidades emocionales, estéticas, físicas, mentales y técnicas.
- Eliminar las disparidades de género asegurando el acceso igualitario a la educación y a la cultura.
- Promover la educación ambiental a través de implementación de ecotecnologías para el uso sustentable de los recursos naturales y el desarrollo comunitario.
- Transformar nuestra interacción con el ecosistema[1] para hacerla más sostenible y garante de la seguridad alimentaria (a través de la implementación de cadenas de valor, proyectos agro-productivos y de economía circular).
- Apoyar y fortalecer la interacción de la comunidad local con artistas, científicos y personas interesadas en el bienestar del planeta, cuya amplitud de criterio y sólida formación permitan generar un aprendizaje sustantivo multilateral que produzca una conciencia cultural en pro de una comunidad socialmente y ecológicamente más funcional.
[1] Los ecosistemas son sustentables por si mismos. Lo que no es sustentable es nuestra forma de usar los recursos presentes en ellos.
En Huichichiqui la labor del artista no se reduce a la creación de “cosas bellas”, así como el científico no es entendido como un recipiente de saber inalcanzable y complejo que guarda sólo para sí. Consideramos que ambas formas de ver el mundo son dinamizadoras de procesos y acciones que fomentan una construcción colectiva, y promueven la participación individual y comunitaria de una nueva visión externa que se contrapone al mantenimiento rígido de las fronteras disciplinarias que ha llevado a la marginación y la devaluación de las prácticas expresivas de artistas y científicos, y que las alejado de las necesidades sociales.
El público de Huichichiqui no es un espectador. Todos los participantes son considerados como coautores y generadores de cambios sociales y políticas públicas a diversos niveles (local, regional, nacional, internacional). De este modo, nuestro proyecto busca re-articular el tejido social que se ha deteriorado en muchos sectores, no solo por la pandemia, sino también por el desinterés, la valorización excesiva del individualismo, las pugnas políticas, y la presencia de diversos factores negativos a nivel social, buscando generar y promover un espacio creativo de creación, divulgación, reflexión y generación de cambios socio-ambientales. Por medio de distintas dinámicas, nuestro proyecto promueve escenarios para generar y descubrir información, discusión y negociación de temas concernientes a las políticas culturales y ambientales mundiales buscando siempre generar un movimiento social positivo.
Huichichiqui operates outside the structure of the traditional education system and promotes the development of emotional, aesthetic, intellectual, physical and technical capacities with the intention of building personal and professional tools that generate people better equipped for today’s life. We promote the recovery and transition to a new post-pandemic reality from the field of art and education, through the learning of new skills, having care for the environment and sustainability as a cross-cutting axis.
The sustainable development goals resonate powerfully in all our practices, we integrate them into daily life and towards the projection of our possible future in a natural way.
In Huichichiqui, art is understood as a process closely related to human nature. Aesthetic activities not only transmit emotions, they produce messages capable of provoking reflection on our existence, social problems or life in general. This makes art a powerful tool capable of changing or educating a society.
We understand education as a two-way process where those who participate, both teachers and students, learn. It is not a unilateral process where only the teacher is the one who holds the truth. “This is found in the future of the dialogue because “the true reality is the future”, not being or not being, but a tension between the two ”. When this exchange is achieved, the community moves forward.
This project will reach its specific objectives through the stimulation of different channels of dialogue , participation, creation, production and collective circulation. In addition to its general objective, which consists of facilitating post-pandemic recovery, both individual and community, through the creation of a cultural center that generates self-managed, creative and transformative cultural models, where art and education promote the reconstruction of well-being of citizens, having as a transversal axis contact with nature that fosters culture and care for the environment. Huichichiqui Center proposes the following specific objectives:
- · Launch creative activities where art tools are linked, organizing work teams with diverse strategies that promote human development and ecological awareness, and promote inclusion in all its variations.
- · Facilitate post-pandemic recovery, both individual and community, through the development of emotional, aesthetic, physical, mental and technical capacities.
- · Eliminate gender disparities by ensuring equal access to education and culture.
- · Promote environmental education through the implementation of ecotechnologies for the sustainable use of natural resources and community development.
- · Transform our interaction with the ecosystem[1] to make it more sustainable and guarantee food security (through the implementation of value chains, agro-productive projects and circular economy).
- Support and strengthen the interaction of the local community with artists, scientists and people interested in the well-being of the planet, whose broad criteria and solid training allow the generation of substantive multilateral learning that produces a cultural awareness in favor of a socially and ecologically more community functional.

In Huichichiqui the work of the artist is not reduced to the creation of “beautiful things” as well as the scientist is not understood as a container of unattainable and complex knowledge that he keeps only for himself. Huichichiqui’s audience is not a spectator. Through different dynamics, our project promotes scenarios to generate and discover information, discussion and negotiation of issues concerning world cultural and environmental policies, always seeking to generate a positive social movement.
